【个人简介】
董敏健,男,中共党员,博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师。目前依托生药学学科,在药学专业硕士(生药学方向)招收研究生。长期从事中药药理与生药学相关教学与科研工作,重点围绕黄酮类等天然产物在抗炎、抗肿瘤、保肝等方面的作用及相关信号通路的药理作用机制研究。研究成果以第一作者或共同第一作者身份在 Mol Cell Proteomics、Int J Biol Macromol 等期刊发表论文 25 篇。
目前承担横向合作课题及校内启动经费项目多项,课题组处于稳步发展阶段,可为研究生提供较为稳定的实验条件和持续的科研课题。在研课题主要聚焦具体品种和明确技术路线,适合愿意长期在中药药理与生药资源开发领域扎实训练和积累的同学。
近年来主持或参与国家及省部级科研项目及其他科研项目共 5 项,累计科研经费约 15 万元;在相关领域期刊发表论文 10 余篇,授权发明专利 1 项。承担《生药学》《实践中药学》等课程教学,并指导本科生毕业论文和大学生科研训练。

1. 中药活性成分及药理作用机制研究,重点围绕黄酮类等天然产物在抗炎、抗肿瘤、保肝等方面的作用及相关信号通路。
2. 传统药用植物的物质基础与质量评价研究,通过成分分离鉴定、指纹图谱和质量标志物筛选,为中药制剂标准化和工业化生产提供理论与技术支撑。
3. 生药资源开发与综合利用研究,围绕黔药及其加工副产物的高值化利用,开展有效部位开发、功能制剂/健康产品研制与工艺优化。
